Mercedes Collides with Electric Pole Due to Icy Roads, Family Members Hospitalized

Today, on March 4, an accident occurred in the Aragatsotn region due to icy roads. Around 08:30, 46-year-old Norair Davtyan from Vanadzor lost control of his Mercedes vehicle on the 52nd kilometer stretch of the Margara-Vanadzor-Tashir road, collided with a concrete electric pole, and ended up in a field.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, passengers, residents of Vanadzor, 66-year-old Rozik Davtyan, 19-year-old Lusine Davtyan, and 19-year-old Lilith Davtyan, were taken to the “Ashtarak” medical center with bodily injuries. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.

As per G. Shamshyan's information, the driver and the injured are family members, while Lusine and Lilith Davtyan are twin sisters.
