The Russian Armed Forces have disabled a technological radio and television center located in the Lisaya Gora area of Kyiv using precision weaponry, reports the Russian Ministry of Defense. It was also mentioned that during the destruction of the technological radio and television center in Lisaya Gora, there were no casualties or damage to residential buildings.

In total, 1,612 objects have been targeted during military operations in Ukraine. Recall that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation aimed at the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that the circumstances "require us to take decisive and immediate actions, as the republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for help." He urged Ukrainian soldiers not to follow what he labeled as the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, to lay down their arms, and to go home.
