Biden Calls Ukrainians Iranians, Warns Putin Can't Win Hearts and Souls

U.S. President Joe Biden referred to Ukrainians as Iranians in a recent speech and promised to assist them. In a call directed to Congress, he stated, “Putin can surround Kyiv with tanks, but he cannot win the hearts and souls of Iranians,” Biden said.

He noted that the U.S. is providing Ukraine with $1 billion in direct aid. At the same time, he emphasized that U.S. military personnel have not and will not participate in the conflict in Ukraine, stating, “Washington and its allies will be limited to military, economic, and humanitarian assistance.”

Biden predicted that the war would weaken Russia, while the world would emerge from it stronger.
