We Are Not Prepared to Fulfill Russia's Ultimatums: Ukraine's Foreign Ministry
Ukraine is analyzing the results of negotiations with Russia and shaping its stance for the next round, but it is not ready to fulfill the Kremlin's ultimatums. This was stated by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba during an online briefing.
“The president is fully informed of the negotiations that took place yesterday, down to the last detail. We will clarify our position and, if necessary, prepare for a new meeting,” Kuleba said, according to Ukrinform.
He noted that the Ukrainian side believes such a meeting should take place, as Ukraine believes in diplomacy and is ready for a diplomatic resolution of the military conflict.
“However, under no circumstances will we enter negotiations if Russia plans to announce its ultimatums during them. Negotiations are negotiations, and we will talk and seek solutions. But we are not going to fulfill Russian ultimatums,” emphasized the head of Ukraine's foreign policy agency.
