“In light of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, WarnerMedia is halting the release of the 'Batman' feature film in Russia,” stated Warner Bros. in their announcement.

Earlier, it was reported that executives from Hollywood studios were debating whether to cancel their upcoming releases in Russia due to the Russian military operations in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Walt Disney is leaving the Russian film market, having ceased the supply of films to Russia. The media conglomerate includes Lucasfilm, MARVEL, Pixar, Maker Studios, and others.
