When Negotiations Between Moscow and Kyiv Representatives Will Begin

Negotiations between representatives of Moscow and Kyiv will begin at 12:00 PM. This was announced by the head of the Russian delegation, presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky. Ria Novosti reports on this.

"We have just received information that they will arrive in about an hour, and we will sit down at the negotiating table at noon," he said.

Medinsky added that the composition of the Ukrainian delegation is known, but it cannot be disclosed before the meeting.
