Meeting of Delegations from Russia and Ukraine Organized by Belarus Has Begun

A meeting of delegations from Russia and Ukraine organized by Belarus has commenced. It is taking place near the Ukrainian border, along the banks of the Pripyat River. For security reasons, the exact location of the meeting is not disclosed, reports the ONT television channel.

It is recalled that negotiations between representatives of Moscow and Kyiv are set to begin at 12:00. This was announced by the head of the Russian delegation, presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky.

"We have just received information that they will arrive in about an hour; we will sit down at the negotiating table at 12," he stated.

Medinsky added that the composition of the Ukrainian delegation is known but cannot be revealed before the meeting.
