Political analyst Movses Harutyunyan has published a video on Facebook accompanied by a note: “This is the full story of the notorious Armenian military booklet. This person has been engaged in theft for himself, claiming he is fighting in Ukraine. Of course, it's shameful, but what can we do...”

It is worth noting that the Azerbaijani propaganda machine has taken advantage of the fact that such a video is circulating online, and has begun disseminating military booklets of Armenian soldiers who fell in Artsakh in 2020 as evidence of the participation of Armenian forces in the military operations in Ukraine.
