VIDEO: Klitschko Addresses Kyiv Residents
The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, stated that there are no Russian troops in Kyiv, but there are sabotage groups operating.
In Hostomel and Vasilkiv, there are clashes. “Friends, it will be difficult, but we must hold on. The army is with us, the defense against the terrorists is with us, justice is with us. Glory to Ukraine,” Klitschko said.
