VIDEO: Hackers of Anonymous Announce Plans to Release Long-Hidden Information
The Anonymous hacking group has recorded a personal address directed at Russian President Vladimir Putin. They demand his immediate resignation and state that they have prepared a 'special operation' for the Russian president. Anonymous released the corresponding video message on Twitter.
“You might remember how our group hacked the Roskomnadzor website in 2018, Mr. Putin. Do you remember how you lost to Afghanistan? Now we have published the Russian Ministry of Defense data, which includes emails and passwords, and now this database is freely accessible on Twitter. Your recent threats against Finland and Sweden are shameful. You threaten these countries if they join NATO. Today, we have hacked the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, the Kremlin, and Russia Today, along with other sites related to Russian authorities,” stated Anonymous.
Additionally, the hackers announced they are preparing to release information that has been hidden for years. Anonymous promised that this information would be a devastating blow to Putin and his 'corrupt puppets'. “It’s only a matter of time before we expose the dirt you are trying to hide from the public that you deceitfully lie to. We will show every skeleton in your closet. We now demand the restoration of the rights of the Ukrainian people and your resignation,” the video stated.
The hackers also called on all members of Anonymous to “shut Vladimir Putin's mouth with his own dirty money.”
