VIDEO: Thousands in Tbilisi Demand Garibashvili's Resignation Over Ukraine Stance
Thousands of people have taken to the streets of Tbilisi, demanding the resignation of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili due to his stance on the Ukrainian issue. Earlier today, Garibashvili announced that Georgia would not join the Western financial and economic sanctions imposed against Russia following the outbreak of military operations in Ukraine.
At the same time, the Prime Minister decided not to convene a meeting of the Security Council and ruled out traveling to Kyiv in the near future.
