Young Protester Injured During Demonstration Against Azerbaijani MPs Visit, Details from Manukyan

Gegam Manukyan, a member of the 'Armenia' parliamentary faction, has reported on his Facebook page that a young woman protester breaking her arm while demonstrating against the visit of Azerbaijani MPs to Armenia on February 22.

“Just moments ago, the last detained individual was released from the police station. Member of the Armenian Youth Federation, my friend Narot Ghazaryan provided an explanation, stating that her arm was broken at the police station, and she was given a cast at the hospital. They are being detained for protesting against Turkey, and a criminal case has been initiated,” he wrote.
