An explosion has rocked the area near the trolleybus depot in Luhansk. This information was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the representative office of the Luhansk People's Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire.

“Another terrorist act has occurred in Luhansk. An explosion occurred at 04:15 near the trolleybus depot,” the publication states.

Operational services and law enforcement personnel are currently working at the scene.
