Video: 'A Little Humor from Yerevan' - Azerbaijani MP Posts Remark
During the session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly held in Yerevan, Azerbaijani MP Tahir Mirkişili displayed a rather cynical behavior, possibly inspired by the leniency of the current Armenian authorities, attempting to mock the Armenian MP.
On his Facebook page, he posted a video with the caption: 'A little humor from Yerevan.' He boasted that he had the 'guts' to interrupt the Armenian MP, claiming that the latter's remarks were pointless.
With his audacious 'heroism,' Mirkişili perhaps believed he had humiliated the Armenian people in their own country. After some time, the representative of the oppressive regime released another video shot from Republic Square in Armenia, adding that while walking in Yerevan, he couldn't help but recall the song 'There Is No Fatherland Left in Yerevan; What Kind of Fatherland Is This?' Notably, this song was written by Jabbar Garyagdyoglu in the house of one of the Armenian oligarchs.
This cynical act by a representative of a nomadic tribe evokes nothing but ridicule, and the responsibility lies with the current rulers who lack self-respect and dignity, allowing every unrighteous boast to be directed against our people in our own homeland.
