Putin Given Permission to Deploy Troops Outside the Country
The Federation Council of the Russian Federation has granted President Vladimir Putin permission to use troops outside the country's borders in connection with the situation in Donbas.
153 senators in the upper chamber of parliament voted in favor of this decision. The document comes into force at the moment of its adoption.
