Power Outages in Artsakh: What is the Cause?
Recent power outages in Artsakh are due to certain technical issues, and efforts are underway to identify and rectify these problems. This was announced by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Artsakh.
“We ask for the subscribers' understanding for the inconveniences caused and assure that every possible measure is being taken to avoid outages,” the statement said.
