Another Soldier's Remains Discovered: Artsakh Emergency Services

During search operations for the remains of soldiers and civilians lost or considered missing in the military actions of 2020, another Armenian soldier's remains have been discovered and exhumed in the territories of the Martuni region, occupied by Azerbaijan.

This information has been reported by the Emergency Situations Ministry of the Republic of Artsakh.

The rescuers have discovered and evacuated the remains of yet another Armenian soldier (a reserve participant and volunteer in the military operations). His identity will be confirmed after forensic examination.

It is noteworthy that since November 13, 2020, a total of 1711 remains have been confirmed as a result of search operations and the exchange of bodies with the Azerbaijani side. The Emergency Situations state service will provide additional information on the upcoming directions and results of the search operations.
