History Will Confirm Our Correctness: Medvedev's Response
Following the recognition of Luhansk and Donetsk, there will be sanctions, threats, and political pressures. We have gone through all of this and have long ceased to be afraid; we have strong nerves. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev.
“Moreover, experience shows that sooner or later our current opponents will come to us themselves, requesting to return to the negotiating table on all issues. This is inevitable, given Russia's role in international relations. And history will confirm our correctness,” he noted, as reported by RIA Novosti.
