VIDEO: MPs Recite Works of Tumanyan
February 19 is celebrated in Armenia as the "Book-Gifting Day." The choice of this date is not coincidental: on this day in 1869, the talented writer, poet, and public figure Hovhannes Tumanyan was born in the village of Dsegh, Lori Province.
