Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations Elevated to High Alert

Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations has been put on high alert in the Rostov region due to the situation concerning refugees coming from Donetsk and Luhansk. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

It is noted that more than 400 people and 150 units of equipment are involved in the assistance process.

Earlier, the leaders of the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Luhansk announced the temporary evacuation of residents to the Rostov region. The first to be evacuated are women, children, and the elderly.

It is known that more than 25,000 people have already been evacuated from Luhansk, and 6,600 from Donetsk.
