Photo: Shell Explodes in Rostov Region
A shell has exploded in the Rostov region, located just 1 km from the border with Ukraine. The explosion occurred in the Tarasovsky district. This was reported by РИА Новости, citing sources from law enforcement agencies.
Employees of the security agencies are working at the scene. There are no casualties or damages reported.
