Three Shelling Incidents by Ukrainian Armed Forces Reported: What is Happening

The forces have once again shelled the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, as reported by the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime from the LPR representative office to RIA Novosti.

De-escalation discussions are taking place in the Belarusian capital during the contact group meeting, based on the Minsk agreements.
