Mobile Network Disruptions Begin in Donetsk
Mobile network disruptions have started in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic. This could indicate an impending offensive by Kyiv, said Edward Basurin, a representative of the Donetsk People's Militia, to Interfax.
Basurin also noted that today the Ukrainian side attempted three diversions in Donbas. According to him, approximately 200 shells and mines were fired toward the DPR this morning, not including grenade launchers and artillery equipment.
Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, assured that no attack on Donbas is planned and urged residents of those areas not to believe the news.
