Apartment Prices Have Significantly Increased in One Month, Reports "Zhoghvorud"
"Zhoghvorud" newspaper reports that apartment prices in Yerevan have significantly increased over the past month. The newspaper learned that the price increase has not been observed in all administrative districts of the capital, with some areas experiencing a decrease instead.
The newspaper received information from the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia indicating that in December of last year, compared to November, the cost per square meter of an apartment in the Small Center increased by 8,300 drams, exceeding $1,410. In November, the price was 672,300 drams, while in December it rose to 680,600 drams.
It is noteworthy that in the Arabkir administrative district, apartment prices also increased by 9,100 drams, and in Kanaker-Zeytun, they increased by 6,050 drams. In Davtashen, the cost per square meter rose from 345,000 drams to 351,300 drams. According to expert estimates, real estate prices are expected to increase further in the near future.
For example, in the Shengavit administrative district, the price per square meter decreased from 322,300 drams to 318,050 drams, while in Ajapnyak, prices fell by 3,500 drams.
