The Body Created in This Composition Cannot Be Considered a Congressional Investigation Committee on War Issues - Vardevanyan

The commission was named after the President of that body, Warren, and is known as the 'Warren Commission/Committee'. Earl Warren was serving as the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, a position he had held prior to Kennedy's election, and surprisingly, he did not relinquish the position, as would have been done in the 'democratic' Armenia that began in 2018.

The commission consisted of six additional members, two from the Democratic Party, two from the Republican Party, and two non-political figures. Imagine that the circumstances of President John Kennedy's assassination were studied in this composition, yet it also had a deficit of trust. If there had been no participation in such a format, there could have been features of criticism directed towards the opposition forces.

Let us recall: the so-called investigative committee of the National Assembly consists of 11 members, 7 of whom are from the ruling authority, including members directly involved in the political team during the 44-day war. The chair of the committee is not an apolitical figure, but one who is a member of the political team and one of the highest officials in that sector during that disastrous war.

In general, a body created with such a composition and format cannot be considered an investigative committee into war issues. By the way, the March 1 fact-finding group was closer to the U.S. model, but as with many other issues, in this matter as well, the authorities only ensure a retreat.'
