Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' party, posted on his Facebook page: 'Let them be careful, whether in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, or elsewhere, the military-political leaders of Azerbaijan might face arrest, as sooner or later they will be pursued under universal jurisdiction for war crimes. They say we will arrest Arayik Harutyunyan...'
