Tigran Arzakantsyan Seeks Bankruptcy Recognition from Court

According to the information from the judicial information system "Dat lexi", Smbat Nasibyan has submitted a petition to the Bankruptcy Court of Armenia, requesting to declare Tigran Arzakantsyan, the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the "Alliance" party, bankrupt.

The petition has been accepted for processing on February 5, signed by Judge Lilit Katvalyan, who has appointed Gevorg Gevorgyan as the temporary trustee of the bankruptcy. Currently, no information has been provided about the specific grounds for this petition.

Auroranews.am attempted to obtain further details from Tigran Arzakantsyan, but was unsuccessful in reaching him.

It is noteworthy that Tigran Arzakantsyan is accused of submitting false documents to the Passport and Visa Department of the Republic of Armenia. Specifically, he is charged with forging a certificate stating that he studied at the Moscow Architectural Engineering Institute from February 24, 2018, to June 14, 2019. With this document, he was able to obtain a certificate confirming that he had been residing in Armenia for the past four years and submitted it to the Central Electoral Commission.
