Biden and Zelensky Discuss Security and Economic Issues in Nearly One Hour Call

U.S. President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation lasting nearly one hour.

According to РИА Новости, Zelensky stated that during the call with Biden, they discussed the current security situation, economic matters, sanctions, and the alleged aggression from Russia.

"The leaders agreed to continue diplomatic efforts and the policy of deterrence in response to the increased military presence by Russia near Ukraine's borders," the statement from the White House reads.
