Rescuers Evacuate Numerous Vehicles from Blockages

From February 11 to 12, the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received 24 calls regarding cars blocked in various areas of the republic. In particular, incidents were reported in Yerevan, Aparan in the Aragatsotn Province, Hrazdan, Tsaghkadzor in the Kotayk Province, Sevan in the Gegharkunik Province, Jermuk in Vayots Dzor Province, and in the villages of Amasia and Marmarashen in Shirak Province. Furthermore, blockages were noted on the roads from Sevan to Ddmashen in Gegharkunik, Amasia to Byurakn in Shirak, Vardaghbyur to Musayelyan, Hovununi to Mayisyan, Ashotzk to Sepasar, Tavashtut to Agvoriq, Amasia to Tsaghkut, and from Tatev to Kapan and Agvani to Tatev in Syunik Province.

Rescue teams who arrived at the scene managed to evacuate 38 vehicles and provided assistance to 42 citizens.
