Body Discovered in Driver's Cabin at Meghri Customs Point

The investigation department of the Meghri Police has initiated materials concerning the discovery of a body in the cabin of a Howo brand vehicle on February 9 at the Meghri customs point in the Syunik region.

According to Shamshyan.com, that day the Meghri police received a report indicating that there was a body at the mentioned customs area.

A police operational group from Meghri, as well as a duty group from the Agarak police station, arrived at the scene. In the Howo vehicle with Iranian license plates, the body of Gobad Piri, a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was found.

By the investigator's decision, a forensic examination of the body has been ordered.
