Judge Gayane Varosyan's Powers Suspended

Based on the decision of the Acting President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Gagik Jhangiryan, the powers of Judge Gayane Seroyan Varosyan of the Court of First Instance of Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions have been suspended at her own request.

«Taking into account the application for resignation received from Judge Gayane Seroyan Varosyan on February 4, 2022, and guided by Article 89, Part 1, Point 9, Article 160, Part 1, Point 1, and Part 2, and Article 94, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Supreme Judicial Council decides to consider the powers of Judge Gayane Seroyan Varosyan of the Court of First Instance of Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions suspended as of February 11, 2022,» the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council states.
