Papikyan Visited the V. Sargsyan Military University

On February 10, Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan visited the V. Sargsyan Military University. The minister toured the educational institution's facilities and became acquainted with the training equipment in the professional classrooms, as well as the conditions in the barracks and dining hall.

At the Command and Staff Faculty, Suren Papikyan met with senior officers who are continuing their education. He listened to their perspectives and suggestions regarding issues in military education and responded to the questions raised.

The information was reported by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia. The Defense Minister expressed his belief that the comprehensive analyses conducted after the 44-day war necessitate a significant reassessment of attitudes and approaches toward military education, indicating that serious reforms are expected in this sector as well.

At the end of the visit, the head of the defense agency paid tribute to the memory of university attendees who lost their lives during military operations.
