Kazakhstan has become a victim of international gangs, says Putin
During negotiations with Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that international gangs invaded the Republic in January, taking advantage of the country's situation.
He added that to eliminate the consequences of these events, significant efforts will need to be made, but Kazakhstan is resolute in standing strong.
