«Karabakh Telecom» Services Will No Longer Be Free
The free services provided by the Republic of Artsakh's government-subsidized «Karabakh Telecom» LLC will cease as of March 1. This was reported by «Karabakh Telecom».
“To avoid further obstacles, we inform that from March 1, the services provided by «Karabakh Telecom» LLC will be chargeable, and a corresponding rate will be charged for each unit,” the statement reads.
