ACB initiates 'kOntr' process against Boris Avagyan following scandalous revelations
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: Following scandalous revelations involving Boris Avagyan, former representative of the President of the Republic of Artsakh for special assignments, and certain officials from the State Revenue Committee, which emerged from a St. Petersburg prison through our newspaper, it seemed that law enforcement agencies in Armenia would swiftly take action. They were expected to regard his letter as a report of a crime and begin preparing materials, particularly concerning the head of the customs structure, Shushan Nersisyan.
However, instead of taking these anticipated steps, the National Security Service (NSS), now responsible for Prime Minister Pashinyan’s personal security, has initiated a 'kOntr' process against him. Following the revelations, NSS staff are reportedly calling everyone who had contact with Avagyan, inquiring what he discussed and the reasons for their interactions.
We were informed that recently they contacted a representative from one of the media outlets, and upon realizing they were speaking with a journalist who had interacted with Avagyan due to the case, they abruptly ended the conversation to avoid further noise.
