US Ambassador Announces Willingness for Dialogue with Russia Within OSCE Framework
The United States is ready for an open and honest dialogue with Russia within the OSCE. This was stated by the US Ambassador to the organization, Michael Carpenter, as reported by RT.
“We are prepared to engage in a truly open and honest dialogue, which we hope will yield concrete results,” he said.
Carpenter added that the negotiations should be based on respect for the fundamental principles of the OSCE.
