Johnson & Johnson Halts Production of COVID-19 Vaccine

The American company Johnson & Johnson has suspended the production of its COVID-19 vaccine, as reported by Говорит Москва.

The reasons for this decision have not been disclosed; however, it is known that the company has closed its plant in Leiden, Netherlands.

The New York Times, citing sources, reports that production of the vaccine may resume after the halt.

Due to the suspension of production, the supply of the vaccine could be reduced by several million doses.
