Zakharova Compares Ukraine, Britain, and the USA to Characters from 'The Caucasian Captive'
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has compared the authorities of Ukraine, Great Britain, and the USA to the characters from the Soviet comedy film 'The Caucasian Captive'.
“Do you remember this frame from 'The Caucasian Captive'? There are three characters: the coward, the experienced one, and the fool. I get the impression that the Kyiv regime is right in the middle, with Washington holding it back on one side and London on the other,” Zakharova stated during a broadcast on Channel One, as reported by RIA Novosti.
Recently, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have concentrated half of their personnel on the front line in Donbas and are regularly shelling territorial defense units, including the use of prohibited equipment such as the Bayraktar strike drone as well as the 'Smerch' and 'Uragan' multiple rocket launcher systems. Additionally, they have access to Javelin anti-tank missile systems.
Russia has repeatedly drawn the attention of the USA and European countries to the fact that the Ukrainian authorities are trying to undermine the implementation of the Minsk agreements in every possible way.
