The Topic of Tension in Europe Will Prevail: Details on Putin-Macron Talks

The main topic of discussion between the Presidents of Russia and France, Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron, will be the tension in Europe. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, as reported by RIA Novosti.

On Monday, the French president will arrive in Moscow for a visit, and the following day he will travel to Kyiv.

The conversation between Putin and Macron is set to begin at 17:00 (18:00 Yerevan time), and will subsequently continue during a working lunch, after which there will be a joint press conference.

“The topic of tension in Europe related to the situation around Ukraine will absolutely prevail, along with the topic of security guarantees for Russia and all issues related to these key problems,” Peskov told journalists.
