Digital Certificates: Clarifications from the Ministry

In Armenia, school certificates will be digitized starting this year. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sports Zhanna Andreasian during a meeting of the National Assembly’s committee.

“In many countries where the administrative processes are much more developed, the use of stamps has long been abandoned. Starting this year, the certificates in our country will be digitized. No one will be stamping them. The school will sign through the electronic signature system, the minister will sign, and our graduates will receive digital certificates,” said Zhanna Andreasian.
