Are Tigran Arzakanthsyan's Bank Accounts Under Arrest?

It has become known whether Tigran Arzakanthsyan's bank accounts are under arrest.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the 'Alliance' Party, Tigran Arzakanthsyan, stated in response to a written inquiry from 'Factinfo' in October 2021, that his bank accounts are under arrest.

'Factinfo' sent a written inquiry to the Prosecutor's Office to find out whether the bank accounts of the political figure, who has become a member of the advisory body collaborating with the extra-parliamentary political forces initiated by Pashinyan, remain under arrest.

In response to the written inquiry from the Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that Tigran Arzakanthsyan does not have the procedural status of a defendant in any criminal case under the procedural management or supervision of the Prosecutors of the Republic of Armenia, and no restrictions have been placed on his bank accounts within the framework of any criminal case.
