Car Crashes into Rocks and Overturns into Field: Accident in Lori Region

On February 5, a serious car accident occurred in the Lori region. Around 11:30 PM, Norik M., a 32-year-old resident of Tashir, lost control of his Mercedes vehicle on the 5th kilometer of the Tashir-Stepanavan highway. The car veered off the roadway, crashed into rocks, and overturned, landing in a field.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, both Norik M. and his passenger, 19-year-old Hekine M., were transported with injuries to the 'Stepanavan' medical center.

G. Shamshyan's reports state that doctors assess Hekine M.'s condition as extremely serious, and discussions are underway regarding her transfer to a hospital in Yerevan.
