14-Year-Old Boy Dies After Skiing Accident in Tsaghkadzor

A tragic incident occurred in Tsaghkadzor on February 5. A 14-year-old boy fell while skiing and subsequently died. According to the head of the Tsaghkadzor municipality staff in an interview with the media, the boy fell headfirst while skiing and died. "He was wearing a protective helmet and skiing attire, but unfortunately, he fell in such a way that he injured his head and it was not possible to save his life," the official stated.

It is noted that the boy was of Armenian descent but lived in Germany. He had come to Armenia on the invitation of a relative for a vacation. He had been learning to ski for a few days before the incident and was skiing alone at the time of the accident.
