Zelensky Responds to Erdogan's Statement

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has wished a swift recovery for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who today announced that he has contracted COVID-19.

“Olena (Olena Zelenska) and I were saddened to learn about the positive COVID-19 tests of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife, Emine Erdogan. We sincerely wish our friends, Mr. Erdogan and Mrs. Emine, a speedy and easy recovery,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter following Erdogan's announcement.
