We Held a Camera with Three People and Received Questions via Internet: Kerebeyan on the First Live Stream During Ter-Petrosyan’s Time

The Minister of Economy of Armenia, Vahan Kerebeyan, made a post:

“Yesterday, a few friends noticed me in a video where, at the age of 20, I was doing live streaming for the first time in Armenia during Levon Ter-Petrosyan's famous phased/package press conference. We held a camera with three people and received questions directed at the then president via the internet. The idea of live streaming was Garabed Chughasyan’s, and its implementation was done by four people.”
