«I Have Reported That Azerbaijan Is Ready» - Bayramov

«I have reported that Azerbaijan is ready to begin the process of delimitation and demarcation with Armenia without preconditions,» stated the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the conclusion of a meeting with EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi.

Bayramov emphasized the importance of returning hundreds of thousands of people to the liberated territories and creating conditions for security.
