‘Russia has always been compared to a bear’: Peskov

The Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, expressed surprise at the statements made by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, who compared Russia to a fox in a chicken coop, with Ukraine likened to the chickens.

“Traditionally, Russia has always been compared to a bear. With a strong desire, it cannot climb on the roof of a chicken coop; it is too big and heavy for that,” Peskov responded to journalists on Wednesday when asked to comment on the statements made by U.S. representatives regarding the fox and the chickens.
