The Custody Issue of Boris Bakhshiyan Will Be Reviewed by Judge David Argyamanyan

The issue of applying custody as a preventive measure against Boris Bakhshiyan has been assigned to Judge David Argyamanyan of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court.

Lawyer Arsen Sardarayan announced on his Facebook page:

“I would like to inform that the petition for the application of custody as a preventive measure against Judge Bakhshiyan has been assigned to Judge Argyamanyan. We have been informed by the court staff that the hearing will take place tomorrow, with the time to be announced in the morning. I will provide additional updates after that.”
