Motion Filed to Detain Judge Boris Bakhshiyan
A motion has been submitted to the court concerning the detention of Boris Bakhshiyan, a judge from the Syunik region’s general jurisdiction court, as a measure of restraint. Bakhshiyan's lawyer, Yerem Sargsyan, informed that the motion for detention has been provided to them.
“It will probably be at the court shortly. We will inform about the time of the session,” the lawyer wrote on his Facebook page.
