Peskov Comments on Putin-Zelensky Meeting in Beijing

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, will not meet with the President of Ukraine, Zelensky, in Beijing, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

“In Beijing, President Vladimir Putin of Russia, who is traveling to China to participate in the Olympic Games, will not have bilateral meetings, including with the President of Ukraine, Zelensky, due to coronavirus restrictions. However, this cannot be completely ruled out,” he stated.
